 I had no idea what IET was, but trusted it would be worthwhile if Jeff chose to offer it. It was! In our remote session, Jeff clearly explained what he was doing, so I quickly stopped wondering and just let the experience happen. At the end, I felt very relaxed yet energized, and with a sense of confidence, which is unusual for me. Jeff’s description of his perceptions corresponded with what I was feeling, and as such I experienced a more conscious mind-body connection. It was helpful that Jeff sent them for me to reread and digest. While I noticed no other immediate changes, and I certainly can’t say cause and effect, I have since been better able to look objectively at challenging situations to help me gain insight into their root causes, think of beneficial actions I can take, and the confidence to take them. I am going to schedule another session.  I highly recommend!
