I tailer the healing path and modality specifically to the person - there is no one path and I believe in a dynamic approach to identify, address and maintain healing. I create a sacred, safe place to open to allow love and balance to bring healing and growth. I am a Q'ero shaman trained in a number of modalities including QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique), BQH (Beyond Quantum Healing), IET (Integrated Energy Therapy), Reiki, and intuitive practices like Oracle and psychic readings. My foundation in shamanism allows space for interpersonal work, like shadow work, trauma and abuse recovery, substance recovery, and inner child work, as well as basic energy management courses, shamanic journey, soul retrievals, heavy energy clearings, property clearings and guided meditations. I always offer free consultations to align with the initial steps that Spirit presents for your particular healing journey. All of my practices can be done remotely, and the longer sessions are recorded, to have a copy for integration after. I love camping and the outdoors, spending time with my daughter Luci and our cats Aya and Sunny and my soulmate Zarah and our dogs Rafiki, Teeka and Pepper.
