The Fine Print

Per Appointment Only - No Drop-in

I respect your time and ask you to do the same with mine. To honor your commitment for our agreed upon time I ask that you pay a non-refundable deposit. The deposit will count as a down payment towards the total cost of your healing service. No Exceptions.​

• QHHT or BQH appointment - 50% of total session cost
• Energy Clearings (one hour) - $50

Cancellation

NO DEPOSIT REFUND will be issued for cancelled appointments.

No Call / No Show - Appointment cancelled and deposit forfeited after 15min.​

​Rescheduling

The deposit can be retained by rescheduling at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time. Deposits for appointments that are not rescheduled, or rescheduled within the 48 hours, are subject to loss. An appointment may be rescheduled ONCE, or the deposit will forfeit, and a new deposit will be required for a new appointment.​

Communication

PLEASE respond to your confirmation that I send the week before your appointment. All rescheduling or cancellations MUST be communicated via healing@thespiritwithinus.co.  

PLEASE ensure you receive a response from me, or your deposit will forfeit. 

Method of Payment

I accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, and all major credit cards: Master Card, VISA, Discover & AMEX. 

Cash tips are highly appreciated.

Accompanying Guests

Please no accompanying guests without prior consent. 

Pets

Please leave your pets at home. Because of the nature of my in-person sessions, even service animals can be problematic. Touch base with me beforehand to discuss, if a service animal is important to your wellbeing.
